## Joe Weber, DPT D r. Joe Weber, DPT Founder, Vista Biomedical Inc, Vitae Software Solutions Director of Client Solutioning, Optum Joe received his DPT in 2010 from St. Catherine University, with 5 years of Rehab Director experience and 7 years of Product innovation experience. Joe is the founder of Vista Biomedical, Inc. and Vitae Software Solutions, companies that use software to scale healthcare access while democratizing clinical knowledge to the user. Joe holds patents for 2 pieces of clinical software IP. As of 2025, Joe is currently the only Physical Therapist nationally to be accepted into an accredited Medical Devices Innovation fellowship program. As a director of client solutioning for Optum, Joe practices his passion for innovation by solutioning for client health plan capability gaps while accounting for the client’s pain points and higher-level needs. |
## Tyler Bjorhus Dr. Tyler Bjorhus, DPT Regional Vice President, Pacific Post Solutions Tyler Bjorhus earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary in 2012. With over a decade of experience, he has contributed to the growth of therapy programs across skilled nursing facilities, home health, and outpatient settings. For nearly a decade, Tyler served as a clinical trainer, leading education initiatives, including a presentation at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting titled "Getting Older is NOT for the Weak: Geriatric Rehabilitation for the 21st Century." |
